Al Matla : Journal of Arabic Language Education Minhajul Haq applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles.

1. Initial Screening
   The editorial team evaluates submitted manuscripts for scope, originality, and compliance with author guidelines.

2. Double-Blind Review
   Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

3. Review Decision
   Reviewers provide recommendations (accept, revise, or reject). Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer comments.

4. Final Decision
   The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on reviewers’ evaluations and the quality of revisions submitted.

5. Publication
   Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout, and publication.
